About the team

FIS Northport is located across the street from Kentuck Park just past historic Downtown Northport. As one of the largest employers in Northport we provide full benefits immediately upon employment. What you will be doing

As a Customer Service Associate you will provide general assistance to customer inquiries. This role requires strong customer service skills, excellent problem solving skills, and close attention to detail.

  • Provides customer support by phone. Serves as primary contact for inbound customer issues and escalates more technical issues to the appropriate department
  • Processes high volume of consumer inquiries about FIS products and services and resolve those inquiries
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, identifies the root cause of the issue and provides appropriate solutions
  • Tracks and documents inbound support requests and ensures proper notation of customer problems or issues.
  • What you bring:

  • Previous Customer Service experience, preferably with a Call Center or Financial background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Added bonus if you have:

  • Call Center experience
  • Experience dealing with escalated or difficult customers
